Action Plan and Report:
House Dressing will visit the home and do an extensive inspection of the interior and exterior of the property. We will provide the owners with a comprehensive report and checklist of tasks to be completed to prepare the home for staging.

Fee: Starting at $350.00 for up to a 2500 Sq. Ft. home

Staging
For an hourly fee we will return after Action Plan is completed to rearrange and edit furnishings and accessories. We will spotlight the homes best features to motivate and "Wow" the potential buyer.

Fee: $100. Per hour

Complete Staging Bid
For the homeowners who don't have the time or energy to complete all the tasks needed to stage their homes we could do all or part of the work. Let us select and place furnishings, artwork, plants, linens, rugs and lighting. We can organize and de-clutter move and store unnecessary furnishings in the garage or temporary rental of storage space. Third party referrals for cleaning, painting, carpentry and handyman etc can also be provided. Let us showcase your home for a welcoming atmosphere.

Fee: $1000.Per Day Depending on home and condition. Free bid done in person.

One Day Re-design
Are you pressed for time and need a quick mini re-do for just a room or two? We can come and spend a few hours and work our magic to transform any room to make it as universally appealing as possible.

Fee: $100. Per hour

Vacant Homes and New Construction Staging
Buyers find it difficult to see themselves in an often cold, vacant house where every flaw stands out. Using our inventory and also offering our resources for rental furnishings we can turn the cold vacant house into a warm and inviting home!

Fee: Prices for this service vary and will be provided upon request.
